Shipping & Returns


Hand made Items may take 1-2 weeks to process (All eyewear are hand made) 

Shipping time may take an additional 2-5 days for domestic orders.  For foreign orders, shipping time can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks.  

For preordered hand made items, this processing time is in addition to the release date. Orders will be processed in the order that it was recieved and we are working around the clock to process everyone's order in a timely fashion. 

PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AS STORE CREDIT. In addition, we do not accept returns for international orders.
We strive for 100% Customer's satisfication. We inspect and reinspect every item that ships out to our customers for quality assurance. Rarely will you recieve an item with a manufacture's defect. However, if items arrive damaged during transit or due to manufacture's defect, please contact us. We will REPLACE the SAME items at no cost to the customer. If the replacement is no longer in stock, we will issue a credit to your Divaliciousjewelry account. The store credit can be applied toward your next order. Please note that all damaged/defective/wrong products must ship via USPS First Class Mail (1- 13oz) or Priority Mail (14oz and up).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (you do not like the color or you don't like how the frames look on your face, etc...), you can return your order to recieve STORE Credit (depending on the item, a restocking fee might be applied). At the moment, we do not do exchanges to avoid confusion. Instructions are listed at the bottom of this page, but you have to fill out a return request and once we recieve your item(s), we will credit your Divalicious Jewelry account so that you can purchase the items you want. 
All return items must be new, unworn, and in original condition and must have its original tag / packaging. ALL RETURNS must be initiated within 7 days of recieving your order. If the item has already been used, worn, tampered with, the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense. 
All other returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. In addition, special order items are not returnable / refundable. Please understand that we hand make our glasses to order. If you are constantly returning our handmade items, you may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Our items are not mass-produced and requires a lot of labor. 

Original shipping fees are not refundable and customers will be  responsible for shipping charges on all returns except for damaged items or replacements. Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges/fees. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us right away so we can address the issue right away and won't have to charge you! 

Procedure to file for Returns

Please Log into your account
Under "MY ACCOUNT", go to Completed Orders and click on Return Item(s)
Choose the Item(s) being Returned and specify the Reason
Click Submit Return Request
Please wait for authorization of the Return Request and ship out the package to the address specified. 
In the return package, please include a copy of your invoice and specify the reason for returning.
